Who We Are

DocuPro is a private company dedicated to assisting customers with obtaining government documentation and services. We provide expert guidance to streamline the application process, leveraging our domain knowledge. However, it is essential to understand that DocuPro is not affiliated with any government agency, nor do we have privileged access to government procedures.

No Special Access or Influence

Our role is to assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of applications to relevant government authorities. We DO NOT guarantee approval of any application, as the final decision rests with the respective government department.

• DocuPro operates as a facilitator, ensuring accurate documentation and guidance throughout the application process.
• We do not claim or represent any special influence over government decisions or processes.
• All applications and document submissions are carried out through the official government channels, either online or offline.
• Customers can also choose to apply for government services directly through official portals without our assistance.

By using our services, you authorize DocuPro to act on your behalf in preparing and submitting applications and to communicate with relevant government departments regarding your application.

Services Overview

DocuPro provides assistance in obtaining government documentation, including but not limited to:

• PAN, Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License (DL)
• Birth and Death Certificates
• RTO-related matters (Vehicle Registration and Transfer)
• Property-related matters (Khatha Transfers, BESCOM Name Transfers)
• Family Tree-related tasks
• Visa services for all countries

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for your application
• Submit genuine and authentic supporting documents
• Pay all applicable service fees and government charges as specified
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You acknowledge that providing false information or documents may result in rejection of your application, legal consequences, and immediate termination of our services without refund.

Handling of Documents & Data Privacy

At DocuPro, the privacy and security of our customers' information are paramount. We are committed to safeguarding personal data and ensuring confidentiality.

• Document Collection and Use: We collect and process documents solely with the explicit consent of the customer to complete their service request. These documents are used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service.
• Access and Security: Access to customer documents is restricted to authorized DocuPro professionals who are directly involved in processing the request.
• Data Retention and Deletion: Upon completion of the request, all collected documents are promptly deleted from our systems.
• Third-Party Sharing: DocuPro does not share customer details or documents with any third parties, except when necessary for submission to official government services through authorized channels.
• Privacy Assurance: We comply with data protection laws to ensure that customer data remains confidential and secure.

Fees and Payment

Our service fees are clearly displayed on our website for each service. These fees are in addition to any government fees required for your application. Government fees are subject to change and are beyond our control.

Payment terms:

• Full payment must be made before we begin processing your application
• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or other methods specified on our payment page
• All payments are secured using industry-standard encryption
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added to our service fees as per government regulations

Invoices will be provided for all transactions, detailing service fees, government charges, and taxes separately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations before we begin processing your application: Full refund of our service fee (government fees may not be refundable)
• Cancellations after we begin processing but before submission to government authorities: 50% refund of our service fee
• Cancellations after submission to government authorities: No refund
• If your application is rejected due to reasons beyond our control: No refund
• If your application is rejected due to our error: Full refund of our service fee or reprocessing at no additional cost

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer service team at refunds@docupro.in with your order number and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be made to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will DocuPro, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our services, including:

• DocuPro is a facilitation service and does not guarantee the approval of applications by government authorities.
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to rejection, delays, or errors in the application process.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
• DocuPro shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. DocuPro and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Changes to Terms and Policy

DocuPro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms periodically for any changes.
