Welcome to DocuPro ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! As you have clicked "I agree" to these Terms of Service, you have entered into a legally binding contract with us. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DocuPro website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through docupro.in (the "Website").
We are registered in India and have our registered office at 123 Business Avenue, Suite 500, New Delhi, 110001. Our GST number is XXXXXXXXXX.
You agree that by accessing the Website, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Overview
DocuPro provides document facilitation and processing services for various government documents, including but not limited to passport applications, visa processing, PAN card applications, property documentation, and business registrations.
Our role is to assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of applications to relevant government authorities. We DO NOT guarantee approval of any application, as the final decision rests with the respective government department.
Important: DocuPro is NOT a government entity. We are a private service provider facilitating government documentation processes.
By using our services, you authorize DocuPro to act on your behalf in preparing and submitting applications and to communicate with relevant government departments regarding your application.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for your application
- Submit genuine and authentic supporting documents
- Pay all applicable service fees and government charges as specified
- Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You acknowledge that providing false information or documents may result in rejection of your application, legal consequences, and immediate termination of our services without refund.
4. Fees and Payment
Our service fees are clearly displayed on our website for each service. These fees are in addition to any government fees required for your application. Government fees are subject to change and are beyond our control.
Payment terms:
- Full payment must be made before we begin processing your application
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or other methods specified on our payment page
- All payments are secured using industry-standard encryption
- GST and other applicable taxes will be added to our service fees as per government regulations
Invoices will be provided for all transactions, detailing service fees, government charges, and taxes separately.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations before we begin processing your application: Full refund of our service fee (government fees may not be refundable)
- Cancellations after we begin processing but before submission to government authorities: 50% refund of our service fee
- Cancellations after submission to government authorities: No refund
- If your application is rejected due to reasons beyond our control: No refund
- If your application is rejected due to our error: Full refund of our service fee or reprocessing at no additional cost
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer service team at refunds@docupro.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be made to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by India and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms of Service permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution
If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Website in breach of the Terms of Service, your right to use the Website will stop immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. DocuPro and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.
Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
